Residence pricing
Compare the home, not just the headline price
A useful price comparison starts with a named residence, a dated availability sheet and a clear statement of what is included. Ask for current offers matched to your preferred layout and floor.
What belongs on your comparison sheet
| Detail | What to request |
|---|---|
| Residence identification | Unit, floor, line and orientation |
| Area | Interior and terrace areas listed separately |
| Purchase price | A dated written quote for the selected home |
| Included features | Finish schedule, parking and storage allocations |
| Optional additions | Furniture, upgrades and services quoted separately |
| Ongoing ownership costs | Current association budget and property-specific estimates |
Build a shortlist before requesting a quote
Choose two or three layouts that fit your day-to-day needs. Compare their room dimensions and outdoor space, then ask which floors and orientations are currently offered. This makes the price discussion more precise than comparing broad bedroom categories.
Public listings and older launch prices can refer to different homes or earlier releases. This page does not publish an unverified starting price or suggest that a past quote is still available.
